2. Use of Services

​•​Users must be 18 years or older to make bookings.

​•​All information provided during registration must be accurate.

​•​Pets included in bookings must comply with local travel and safety regulations.

 

3. Train Ticket Bookings

​1.​Train Ticket Services:

​•​We do not include train ticket bookings as part of our standard travel packages.

​•​However, we do offer add-on services and guidance to assist with train travel arrangements.

​2.​Recommendations for Train Ticket Bookings:

​•​We strongly recommend booking tickets from metropolitan stations or Class A stations to improve the likelihood of securing a coupe or cabin for pet-friendly travel.

​•​Booking end-to-end station tickets is also suggested for better chances of getting a coupe/cabin assigned.

​3.​Liability Disclaimer:

​•​Failure to follow these recommendations may increase the risk of non-assignment of a coupe or cabin, especially for pet travel.

​•​Pet Travel Diaries will not be liable for any cancellations or refund claims arising due to the non-assignment of a coupe or cabin in such cases.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

 

A. Payments

​•​Payments must be made in advance to confirm bookings.

 

B. Cancellation Policy

 

B.1 Cancellation by Pet Parent

​•​More than 30 days prior to Pawcation start date: 75% refund of total booking amount.

​•​15–30 days prior to Pawcation start date: 50% refund of total booking amount.

​•​Less than 15 days prior to Pawcation start date: No refund.

 

B.2 Cancellation by Pet Travel Diaries

​•​If we cancel a Pawcation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (100%) will be provided to the pet parent.

 

C. Refund Policy

At Pet Travel Diaries, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’re committed to providing flexibility and support to our pet parents. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.

 

C.1 Refund Process

​•​Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

​•​Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

 

 

5. Responsibilities of Pet Parents

 

At Pet Travel Diaries, we believe in creating safe and enjoyable travel experiences for you and your pets. To help us ensure smooth journeys, we kindly request pet parents to:

​•​Ensure their pets are comfortable and fit for travel, with all necessary health checks and valid medical certificates, if required.

​•​Respect and follow the guidelines provided by accommodations and transport services to ensure a seamless experience.

​•​Take care of their pet’s behavior and well-being throughout the trip, as well as any incidents that may arise during the journey. We would definitely be their to assist with emergencies by guiding the pet parents.

 

 

Use of Travel Footages and Photos:

​•​By participating in our travel experiences, you acknowledge that we may request to use photos and videos of your trip for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.

​•​Such content will only be used with your prior consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

​•​Pet Travel Diaries is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during travel.

​•​Third-party service providers are solely responsible for their services.

​•​Travel plans may be subject to unforeseen delays, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by weather or other emergencies.

 

7. Modifications and Termination

​•​We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

​•​Users are responsible for reviewing updates to the Terms.

 

8. Dispute Resolution
