Exclusions:

• Train / Flight Tickets
• Lunch / Dinner / Hi-Tea
• Entry / Activities Tickets / Horse Rides
• Pet Food
• Travel Insurance
• Expenses incurred due to Gods Act
• Expenses incurred due to Political/Social Unrest
• Expenses incurred due to Medical emergencies
• Cost of service which are not mentioned in “Inclusions”

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Siliguri & Transfer to Gangtok (120 kms | 4-5 hrs)

Day 2: Explore Nathula Pass & Tsongmo Lake (60 kms | 3-4 hrs)

Day 3: Visit Mount Katao & Yumthang Valley (170 kms | 6-7 hrs)

Day 4: Explore Lachen & Chopta Valley (90 kms | 2-3 hrs)

Day 5 – Transfer to Siliguri

Day 6 – Head Back Home

General Terms & Conditions

A. Payment Policy

After confirmation of any Package request: 60% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
1st Day of check-in: Balance 40% of tour package cost.
All payments must be notified by an e-mail/WhatsApp with attached transaction details.
Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
No credit facility available.

B. Cancellation Policy

B.1 Cancellation by Pet Parent

• More than 30 days prior to Pawcation start date: 75% refund of total booking amount
• 15-30 days prior to Pawcation start date: 50% refund of total booking amount
• Less than 15 days prior to Pawcation start date: No refund

B.2 Cancellation by Pet Travel Diaries

• If we cancel a Pawcation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (100%) will be provided to the pet parent

C. Refund Policy

At Pet Travel Diaries, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’re committed to providing flexibility and support to our pet parents. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.

C.1 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking

D. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

• Services already rendered (e.g., consultation, customized itinerary starting from INR. 15k)
• Travel arrangements made by pet parents (e.g., flights, transportation)
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political or social unrest etc.)

E. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, services) may incur additional fees or penalties
• Changes must be requested in writing through email at [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the Pawcation start date

F. Disputes

• Any disputes or concerns regarding refunds or cancellations will be resolved through mutual discussion and agreement
• By booking a Pawcation with Pet Travel Diaries, pet parents acknowledge and agree to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
